Standards of Professional Practice Institute
NADOHE's In-Person Standards of Professional Practice Institute (SPPI) is an unparalleled professional development opportunity for early- and mid-career diversity leaders in higher education. Through SPPI, participants will engage with a dynamic, evolving curriculum that adapts to the changing needs of the profession and the community. The program is designed to organize and substantiate the work of the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) while further developing competencies for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organizations. SPPI's cohort model will allow participants to explore contemporary topics impacting their work and will promote the development of a robust community of colleagues for longstanding support.
The SPPI 2026 Program is under review.
