Each is a 3-month journey that includes a curated curriculum of short, on demand video modules, and both individual and group coaching. We also offer Evolve for leadership teams.

Elevate is for leaders at all levels with equity in their portfolios.
Ascent is for AVPs and Deans leading strategically.
Summit is for Presidents, VPs, and Provosts leading vision and culture.

Evolve Base Camp for Emerging Leaders–Launching in October 2026
For Directors, Associate and Assistant Directors, soon to be Directors, and similar who are leading operations and teams and reimagining leadership for work and teams.
Evolve Elevate, Leading for Equity–Launching in January 2027
Evolve Elevate serves leaders across a range of functional areas who are responsible for creating fair systems, genuine belonging, and healthy communities within their institutions. If your work lives in any of these areas, this journey is built for you:

Evolve Summit for Executive Leaders–Launching in July 2027
For current, new, and aspiring Vice Presidents and similar who are leading vision and culture and reimagining leadership for organizations and institutions.
