Announcing the Chief Diversity Officer Fellows Program Cohort 11

The National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE) is excited to announce the 11th cohort of its Chief Diversity Officer Fellows Program (CDOFP), which provides professional development opportunities and experiences for early career CDOs.

Over the course of the 2024-2025 academic year, the fellows engage with a CDO mentor for guided professional development opportunities and experiences, including campus visits (virtual and/or in-person) and regular meetings. They also will attend NADOHE’s 2024 Annual Conference, to be held in Seattle, Washington from March 13-16, 2024. Fellows were selected from a pool of applicants from NADOHE member colleges and universities, based upon recommendations of the Association’s CDOFP Selection and Advisory Committee.
